【摘要】：正犯罪團伙中,盜掘古墓團伙了解歷史文化,并掌握一定風(fēng)水術(shù),懂得利用現(xiàn)代科技儀器進行探測、盜掘、回填;倒賣文物團伙成員都具備一定的文物知識,有的本身就是文物工作人員,受教育程度較高,對相關(guān)法律比較熟悉"此次追繳回來的玉豬龍、馬蹄形玉箍、勾云形玉佩、玉鉞等精美玉器都屬于國寶級文物,填補了紅山文化研究的多項空白。"4月20日,遼寧省紅山文化研究基地主任、朝陽師范高等�？茖W(xué)校黨委書記雷廣臻接受《方圓》記者采訪時表示,紅山大案的辦理不但沉重打擊了盜掘、倒賣等一系列文物犯罪行為,更為中華民族五千年文化的研究提供了大量極有價值的研究素材。
