【摘要】：正"王志峰貪污案"動(dòng)用了新成立的上海市人民檢察院三分院反貪部門大部分力量,通過(guò)一起由窩案透露的犯罪線索,結(jié)合跨行政化區(qū)域合作的"偵辦一體化"辦案模式,將辦案思路從以往習(xí)慣性的"由供到證"轉(zhuǎn)換成"由證到供",以完整固定的證據(jù)鏈,徹底突破該拒供案,最終將擁有反偵察能力的犯罪嫌疑人繩之以法……
[Abstract]:The "Wang Zhifeng corruption case" has used most of the strength of the anti-corruption department of the newly established third Branch of the Shanghai people's Procuratorate, through a criminal clue revealed by the nest case, and combined with the "investigation, handling, and integration" mode of cross-administrative regional cooperation. The train of thought of handling a case is changed from "from supply to evidence" to "from evidence to evidence" in the past, and a complete and fixed chain of evidence is used to thoroughly break through the case of refusing to give evidence, and finally to bring to justice the criminal suspect who has the ability to counter reconnaissance.
