【摘要】：食品安全與人類生命健康息息相關(guān),更是一個全球性課題,世界各國針對食品安全犯罪問題進(jìn)行了有益的嘗試與創(chuàng)新。即使在食品安全制度相對健全的發(fā)達(dá)國家,食品安全問題也是層出不窮,世界各國都加大了打擊力度。通過研究他國經(jīng)驗,我國應(yīng)樹立食品消費(fèi)者至上的食品安全法律控制理念,借鑒并執(zhí)行與國際接軌的食品安全規(guī)章制度,優(yōu)化行政執(zhí)法與刑事司法銜接機(jī)制度,最終建立起完善的食品安全防控體系。
[Abstract]:Food safety is closely related to human life and health, and it is also a global issue. Even in the developed countries where food safety system is relatively sound, food safety problems emerge in endlessly, and countries all over the world have stepped up their efforts to combat food safety. By studying the experiences of other countries, our country should set up the food safety law control idea of food consumers first, draw lessons from and implement food safety rules and regulations in line with international standards, and optimize the system of administrative law enforcement and criminal justice link machine. Finally, the establishment of a sound food safety prevention and control system.
