【摘要】：正一名名犯罪嫌疑人被送上法庭治罪后就完事了嗎?當(dāng)制度存有漏洞時(shí),是視而不見(jiàn),還是伺機(jī)繼續(xù)渾水摸魚(yú)?面對(duì)這個(gè)選擇題,巴中市中心醫(yī)院原、現(xiàn)兩任班子和巴中市巴州區(qū)檢察院做出了不同選擇,也收到了不同的結(jié)果。市中心醫(yī)院原院長(zhǎng)張映軍(正縣級(jí)),黨組書(shū)記、副院長(zhǎng)楊飛(正縣級(jí)),藥劑科長(zhǎng)潘裕輝選擇"鉆洞",分別受賄590余萬(wàn)元、120余萬(wàn)元和200余萬(wàn)元,最終全部落網(wǎng),受到法律嚴(yán)懲。
[Abstract]:Was it over after a suspect was brought to court? When there is a loophole in the system, should we turn a blind eye to it or wait for the opportunity to continue to fish in troubled waters? Faced with this multiple choice question, Bazhong City Hospital, the current two teams and the Bazhong Bazhou District Procuratorate made different choices and received different results. Zhang Yingjun, former president of the central hospital (Zheng county, party leader, and vice president Yang Fei, director of the pharmacy department, Pan Yuhui, chose to "drill holes", took bribes of more than 59 million yuan or 1.2 million yuan and more than 2 million yuan respectively, and eventually all were arrested and severely punished by the law.
