【摘要】：寧波市是我國東部沿海的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)城市,對(duì)寧波無業(yè)人員犯罪的研究有一定的代表意義。分析該市無業(yè)人員犯罪的基本情況,可以概括出城市無業(yè)人員犯罪的特點(diǎn)。無業(yè)人員犯罪是一個(gè)地區(qū)社會(huì)治安情況的晴雨表,黨委政府要高度重視無業(yè)人員犯罪的治理,通過調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)促進(jìn)就業(yè)和再就業(yè)、強(qiáng)化核心價(jià)值觀教育、強(qiáng)化非法行業(yè)整治等對(duì)無業(yè)人員犯罪綜合施治。
[Abstract]:Ningbo is an economically developed city in the east coast of China. By analyzing the basic situation of the crime of the unemployed in the city, the characteristics of the crime of the unemployed in the city can be summarized. The crime of unemployed persons is a barometer of the social security situation in a region. Party committees and governments should attach great importance to the management of crimes committed by unemployed personnel, promote employment and re-employment by adjusting the industrial structure, and strengthen the education of core values. To strengthen the rectification of illegal industries and other comprehensive punishment of crimes committed by unemployed persons.
