【摘要】：當前,賭博犯罪呈現(xiàn)出急速上升趨勢,由賭博導致的各類社會問題,以及刑事犯罪也日益增加。本文從檢察機關公訴部門辦案人的視角,對近一時期出現(xiàn)的賭博犯罪進行了細致梳理,具體指出了賭博犯罪的發(fā)案特點,多發(fā)原因,并提出了對策與建議,以期對賭博犯罪治理能有所裨益。
[Abstract]:At present, gambling crime shows a rapid upward trend, and various social problems caused by gambling, as well as criminal offences are also increasing day by day.From the angle of procuratorial prosecution department case handlers, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the gambling crimes in the recent period, points out the characteristics and causes of the gambling crimes, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.With a view to gambling crime management can be beneficial.
