【摘要】：近年來,隨著有關(guān)部門重拳整治、多管齊下,我國電信詐騙犯罪已在一定程度上得到遏制。然而,當(dāng)前我國電信詐騙治理還未形成體系,政府各部門分權(quán)而治、企業(yè)社會責(zé)任缺失等現(xiàn)象依然存在,使得政企在電信詐騙治理過程中各自為政,過于注重制裁,輕視了預(yù)防的重要性。為此,我國政府應(yīng)當(dāng)完善跨邊界的治理機制,與企業(yè)攜手共同治理電信詐騙。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the heavy efforts of the relevant departments and the multi-pronged approach, the crime of telecom fraud in China has to a certain extent been curbed. However, at present, the management of telecom fraud in our country has not yet formed a system, and all government departments have been decentralized and dealt with. The absence of corporate social responsibility still exists, which makes the government and enterprises manage their own affairs in the process of telecom fraud management, pay too much attention to sanctions, and belittle the importance of prevention. Therefore, our government should improve the governance mechanism across the border. Join hands with enterprises to deal with telecom fraud.
