【摘要】：正近年來(lái),毒品犯罪案件數(shù)量及其占刑事案件的比例在各地普遍呈上升趨勢(shì),面對(duì)當(dāng)前毒品犯罪懲治的嚴(yán)峻形勢(shì),四川省人民檢察院部署開(kāi)展了毒品犯罪案件辦理工作專項(xiàng)調(diào)研活動(dòng),針對(duì)實(shí)踐中各地毒情形勢(shì)和當(dāng)前毒品犯罪案件辦理工作中的問(wèn)題與困難,提出了檢察機(jī)關(guān)加強(qiáng)毒品犯罪案件辦理工作的對(duì)策建議。一、四川省檢察機(jī)關(guān)辦理毒品犯罪案件總體情況和毒情形勢(shì)2012年至2014年,全省檢察機(jī)關(guān)分別受理審查起訴毒品犯罪案件4236件6459人、5842件
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of drug-related crimes and the proportion of drug-related crimes in criminal cases have generally been on the rise in various places. In the face of the grim situation of punishing drug-related crimes, The Sichuan Provincial people's Procuratorate has arranged and carried out special investigation and research activities on drug crime cases, aiming at the situation of drug abuse in various localities and the problems and difficulties in the handling of drug crimes cases in practice. The countermeasures and suggestions for procuratorial organs to strengthen the handling of drug crime cases are put forward. First, the general situation and situation of drug crimes handled by Sichuan procuratorial organs from 2012 to 2014, The procuratorial organs of the province respectively accept and prosecute 4236 cases of drug-related crimes, 4,459 persons and 5,842 cases.
