【摘要】：正近日,江西省信豐縣查獲一起涉案金額價(jià)值人民幣近200萬(wàn)元的假冒注冊(cè)商標(biāo)案件,犯罪嫌疑人劉某因涉嫌假冒注冊(cè)商標(biāo)罪被江西省信豐縣檢察院依法批準(zhǔn)逮捕。經(jīng)查,2015年6月起至2016年7月間,犯罪嫌疑人劉某見(jiàn)假冒名牌帽子可以短期獲得暴利,在未經(jīng)商標(biāo)持有人許可和授權(quán)的情況下,擅自在江西省信豐縣自己家中進(jìn)行加工作坊,經(jīng)營(yíng)生產(chǎn)各種名牌帽子。在其經(jīng)營(yíng)期間,犯罪嫌疑人劉某通過(guò)自己采購(gòu)原材料和商標(biāo)貼牌方法,雇傭工人大量
[Abstract]:Recently, Xinfeng County, Jiangxi Province, seized a case involving a counterfeit registered trademark worth nearly 2 million yuan. Criminal suspect Liu Mou was arrested according to law by the procuratorate of Xinfeng County of Jiangxi Province for suspected counterfeiting of registered trademark. After investigation, from June 2015 to July 2016, suspect Liu Mou saw that counterfeiting famous labels and hats could gain huge profits in a short period of time. Without the permission and authorization of the trademark holder, a processing workshop shall be conducted in Xinfeng County, Jiangxi Province, in order to operate and produce all kinds of famous brand hats. Suspect Liu employs a large number of workers through his own method of purchasing raw materials and trademark labels
