【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)共同犯罪是利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間為背景或作為侵犯對象的特殊性犯罪形態(tài),和傳統(tǒng)的犯罪形式之間具有一定的差異性,本文對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)共同犯罪的性質(zhì)特點,目前法律執(zhí)行中存在的問題進行分析,供相關(guān)專業(yè)人士參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The network joint crime is the special crime form which uses the cyberspace as the background or as the object of infringement, and there is certain difference between the network joint crime and the traditional crime form, this article has the nature characteristic for the network joint crime. The existing problems in the implementation of the law are analyzed for reference and reference by relevant professionals.
