【摘要】：正《最高人民法院、最高人民檢察院關(guān)于辦理妨害文物管理等刑事案件適用法律若干問題的解釋》(以下簡(jiǎn)稱《解釋》),分別經(jīng)2015年10月12日最高人民法院審判委員會(huì)第1663次會(huì)議、2015年11月18日最高人民檢察院第十二屆檢察委員會(huì)第四十三次會(huì)議通過,于2015年12月30日公布,自2016年1月1日起施行。為便于司法工作人員正確理解和適用《解釋》的相關(guān)規(guī)定,現(xiàn)對(duì)《解釋》解讀如下:
[Abstract]:The interpretation of the laws applicable to criminal cases such as the Supreme people's Court and the Supreme people's Procuratorate on obstructing the administration of cultural relics (hereinafter referred to as "interpretation"). On October 12th 2015, respectively, the Supreme people's Court Judicial Committee held its 1663rd meeting. The 43th session of the 12th Procuratorial Committee of the Supreme people's Procuratorate was adopted on November 18th 2015 and promulgated on December 30th 2015. Effective from January 1st 2016, in order to facilitate the proper understanding and application of the relevant provisions of the interpretation by judicial staff, the interpretation is as follows:
