【摘要】：《刑法修正案(九)》對貪污罪設(shè)置終身監(jiān)禁刑,充分表明國家對職務(wù)犯罪嚴(yán)厲打擊的決心。筆者認(rèn)為,要降低職務(wù)犯罪率,除了加重刑罰設(shè)置以外,必須從根源上預(yù)防職務(wù)犯罪發(fā)生。本文通過實證研究職務(wù)犯罪率與各項經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,以探求導(dǎo)致職務(wù)犯罪的主要原因,進(jìn)而針對預(yù)防對策提出一管之見。
[Abstract]:"Criminal law amendment (nine)" set the life imprisonment for corruption, fully show the country to crack down on crime determination. The author thinks that, in order to reduce the crime rate, in addition to increase the penalty set, must be from the root of the duty crime prevention. Through empirical research on the relationship between crime rate and economic indicators to explore the causes, the duty crime prevention countermeasures, according to a view.
