【摘要】：貨幣犯罪作為一種侵犯國家貨幣管理秩序的社會現象,其嚴重的社會危害性隨著社會的發(fā)展日益凸顯。貨幣犯罪的形成有其深刻原因,不僅在于人貪婪的本性,也在于國家法律制度等方面存在的缺陷。同時,公民的防范意識及社會監(jiān)督真空客觀上也為貨幣犯罪的存在提供了條件。因此,遏制貨幣犯罪政府應擔負首要責任,對于貨幣犯罪應重在預防。
[Abstract]:As a social phenomenon which infringes the order of national currency management, the serious social harmfulness of money crime becomes more and more prominent with the development of society. The formation of currency crime has its profound reasons, not only in the nature of human greed. Also lies in the national legal system and other aspects of defects. At the same time, citizens' awareness of prevention and social supervision of the vacuum objectively also provides the conditions for the existence of monetary crime. The government should take the primary responsibility to curb the currency crime, and the prevention of the currency crime should be emphasized.
