【摘要】：職務(wù)犯罪的懲治與預(yù)防影響著國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失和公民的基本權(quán)益,對(duì)維護(hù)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,給人們營造良好的生活環(huán)境具有重要作用。我國職務(wù)犯罪的懲治與預(yù)防是當(dāng)前我國重要的法律制度,但是在實(shí)際的應(yīng)用過程中,仍然存在較多問題,需要加大職務(wù)犯罪的懲治與預(yù)防建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The punishment and prevention of duty crime affects the economic loss of the country and the basic rights and interests of citizens . It plays an important role in maintaining social stability and creating a good living environment for people . The punishment and prevention of official crime in China is an important legal system in our country . However , there are still more problems in the actual application process , and the punishment and prevention of duty crime needs to be increased .
