【摘要】：正特別行政區(qū)制度在實踐中取得了舉世公認的成就,對于解決國家統(tǒng)一問題、保持特別行政區(qū)的長期繁榮穩(wěn)定、促進中國內(nèi)地與香港、澳門的社會融合、型塑中國特色的大國治理結(jié)構(gòu)。特別行政區(qū)制度已經(jīng)成長為我國的一項基本政治制度。本專題所刊發(fā)的四篇文章都是研究特別行政區(qū)制度具體問題的論文,涉及特別行政區(qū)制度的理論與實踐、內(nèi)地與特別行政區(qū)的關(guān)系等重大問題。
[Abstract]:The system of the Special Administrative region has made recognized achievements in practice. It has made great achievements in solving the problem of national reunification, maintaining the long-term prosperity and stability of the Special Administrative region, promoting the social integration of the mainland of China, Hong Kong and Macao, and shaping the governance structure of the great powers with Chinese characteristics. The system of special administrative region has grown into a basic political system of our country. The four articles published in this topic are all papers on the specific problems of the system of the Special Administrative region, involving the theory and practice of the system of the Special Administrative region, the relationship between the mainland and the Special Administrative region, and so on.
