【摘要】：近年來(lái),部分經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家在刑事司法最前端的犯罪登記過(guò)程中更加關(guān)注受害人這一主體,并提升對(duì)受害人的保護(hù)水平。借鑒吸收以受害人為核心的相關(guān)制度設(shè)計(jì),有助于我們減少民眾受害現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,更有效地懲治犯罪、保護(hù)人民群眾切身利益,實(shí)現(xiàn)司法為民。
[Abstract]:In recent years, some developed countries pay more attention to the victim as the main body in the criminal justice front-end criminal registration process, and improve the level of victim protection. Drawing lessons from the relevant system design which takes the victim as the core can help us reduce the occurrence of the public victimization, punish the crime more effectively, protect the vital interests of the people and realize the justice for the people.
