【摘要】：目前,全國檢察機(jī)關(guān)正在經(jīng)歷由傳統(tǒng)檢察信息化邁向智慧檢務(wù)的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)型期,在第五次科技革命的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)浪潮中,重新審視和明確檢察職能、發(fā)展檢察工作、強(qiáng)化檢察官主體地位已經(jīng)刻不容緩。必須依托科技手段,解決傳統(tǒng)方式無法解決或不易解決的檢察工作基礎(chǔ)性、關(guān)鍵性、全局性問題,最為重要的是在深化智慧檢務(wù)過程中處理好檢察事業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量關(guān)、動力關(guān)和信任關(guān)問題。不斷推進(jìn)信息技術(shù)和檢察工作深度融合,建設(shè)全業(yè)務(wù)智慧辦案、全要素智慧管理、全方位智慧服務(wù)、全領(lǐng)域智慧支撐的"智慧檢察院"。
[Abstract]:At present, the national procuratorial organs are undergoing a critical transition period from traditional procuratorial informatization to intelligent procuratorial work. In the Internet wave of the fifth scientific and technological revolution, procuratorial functions are being re-examined and clarified to develop procuratorial work. It is urgent to strengthen the principal position of public procurators. We must rely on scientific and technological means to solve the fundamental, critical and overall problems of procuratorial work that cannot be solved or are not easily solved by traditional methods. The most important thing is to handle the quality control of the long-term development of procuratorial undertakings in the process of deepening intelligent procuratorial affairs. Power and trust issues. We will continuously promote the deep integration of information technology and procuratorial work, and build a "intelligent procuratorate" supported by the wisdom of the whole business, the wisdom management of all elements, the full range of intelligent services, and the wisdom of the whole field.
