【摘要】：刑事訴訟法的修改對偵查監(jiān)督工作的理念和方式都產(chǎn)生了深遠(yuǎn)的影響,偵監(jiān)部門應(yīng)當(dāng)抓住機(jī)遇,直面挑戰(zhàn),正確理解刑事訴訟法修改的相關(guān)內(nèi)容,提高審查逮捕案件質(zhì)量,進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化和規(guī)范對偵查活動的監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:The revision of criminal procedure law has had a profound influence on the concept and method of investigation and supervision. The investigation and supervision department should seize the opportunity, face up to the challenge, correctly understand the relevant contents of the revision of the criminal procedure law, and improve the quality of examining and arresting cases. We will further strengthen and standardize the supervision of investigative activities.
