基于層次分析法的高層建筑垂直運輸機械優(yōu)化配置方法研究

【摘要】:城市建筑向高空發(fā)展已成為當(dāng)今社會建筑發(fā)展的主要方向,向高空發(fā)展的高層、超高層建筑規(guī)模龐大,所需運送的建筑材料數(shù)量多,施工人員上下班集中,施工過程中產(chǎn)生建筑垃圾多,目前,大量采用各種垂直運輸機械進行運輸。高層建筑的施工速度在一定程度上取決于施工所需物料的垂直運輸速度,因此,垂直運輸機械的配置在施工組織中占有很重要的地位。國內(nèi)外學(xué)者針對垂直運輸機械的選型、租購決策以及安全施工等方面進行了大量研究,然而,由于影響垂直運輸機械配置因素的多樣性,仍存在一些問題需要進一步研究。本文主要針對垂直運輸機械配置的問題,調(diào)查各種垂直運輸機械的類型、參數(shù)、特點等,收集大量數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)配置原則,以及各種配置方案的優(yōu)缺點,采用了層次分析法理論,建立層次分析結(jié)構(gòu)模型,分別運用商法、差法進行求解,并對商法以及差法的求解結(jié)果進行了對比,分析了兩種計算方法產(chǎn)生差異的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行了修正,重新運用商法以及差法構(gòu)建判斷矩陣,運用數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件Matlab計算出了各層次影響因素的權(quán)重排序以及各配置方案的綜合評價系數(shù),為高層建筑垂直運輸機械配置方案的優(yōu)選提供了一種方法。主要研究內(nèi)容如下: 1、本文概述了國內(nèi)外垂直運輸機械使用的研究現(xiàn)狀,歸納了決策分析常用的方法,根據(jù)前人的研究成果,提出了本文的研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法。 2、介紹了現(xiàn)階段垂直運輸機械的主要類型,分析了各類垂直運輸機械的優(yōu)缺點,分析了在高層建筑施工時,選擇垂直運輸機械配置方案應(yīng)考慮的主要配置原則,以及現(xiàn)階段的主要配置方案。 3、概述了層次分析法的基本原理以及運用層次分析法決策的基本步驟,根據(jù)分析的垂直運輸機械配置原則,,對影響垂直運輸機械配置方案決策的因素進行了分析,選用12個影響因素建立了層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并通過問卷調(diào)查法收集了數(shù)據(jù),采用商法及差法對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行了處理,分別構(gòu)建了成對比較矩陣;運用Matlab軟件對構(gòu)建的比較矩陣進行了求解,求解結(jié)果與具體工程實例吻合較好,驗證所建立的層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型是有效的。 4、對商法以及差法的求解結(jié)果進行了對比,分析了兩種計算方法產(chǎn)生差異的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上對收集的數(shù)據(jù)進行了修正,重新運用商法以及差法對層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型進行了求解,提出了一些合理性的建議以供施工單位參考。
[Abstract]:The development of urban architecture to high altitude has become the main direction of the development of social architecture today. The high-rise building developing to the high altitude is huge in scale, requires a large number of building materials to be transported, and the construction personnel are concentrated in commuting to and from work. Construction process produces a lot of construction waste, at present, a large number of vertical transport machinery for transport. The construction speed of high-rise building depends to a certain extent on the vertical transportation speed of the materials required for construction. Therefore, the configuration of vertical transport machinery plays an important role in the construction organization. Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the selection of vertical transport machinery, rent-purchase decision and safety construction. However, due to the diversity of factors affecting the allocation of vertical transport machinery, there are still some problems that need to be further studied. Aiming at the problem of vertical transport machinery configuration, this paper investigates the types, parameters, characteristics and so on of all kinds of vertical transport machinery, collects a large amount of data, and adopts the theory of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) according to the configuration principle, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various configuration schemes. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) structure model is established, which is solved by quotient method and difference method respectively. The results of quotient method and difference method are compared, and the reasons for the difference between the two methods are analyzed. On this basis, the collected data is modified, and the judgment matrix is constructed by using the quotient method and the difference method again. The weight ranking of the influencing factors of each level and the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of each configuration scheme are calculated by using the data processing software Matlab. This paper provides a method for the optimization of vertical transport machinery configuration scheme in high-rise buildings. The main research contents are as follows: 1. This paper summarizes the research status of vertical transport machinery at home and abroad, summarizes the commonly used methods of decision-making analysis, and puts forward the research contents and methods of this paper according to the previous research results. 2. This paper introduces the main types of vertical transport machinery at present, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of vertical transport machinery, and analyzes the main configuration principles that should be taken into account in choosing the vertical transport machinery configuration scheme in the construction of high-rise buildings. And the main configuration scheme at this stage. 3. The basic principle of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the basic steps of decision-making by AHP are summarized. According to the analysis principle of vertical transport machinery configuration, the factors that influence the decision-making of vertical transport machinery configuration scheme are analyzed. The hierarchical structure model was established by 12 influencing factors, and the data were collected by questionnaire, the collected data were processed by quotient method and difference method, and the pairwise comparison matrix was constructed respectively. The Matlab software is used to solve the comparison matrix, and the results are in good agreement with the actual engineering examples. It is verified that the established hierarchical structure model is effective. 4. comparing the results of the quotient method and the difference method, analyzing the reason of the difference between the two calculation methods, modifying the collected data, re-using the quotient method and the difference method to solve the hierarchical structure model Some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the reference of construction units.
