【摘要】：裝備制造業(yè)一直是我國實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟騰飛和提升國防實力的重要基礎,以沈陽為代表的東北老工業(yè)區(qū)在歷史上為共和國裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展做出了突出貢獻。 本文以追溯產(chǎn)業(yè)集群研究源起為起點,在國內(nèi)外學術研究的基礎上,對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群概念進行比較嚴謹?shù)慕缍?進而跟蹤了國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的研究進展,從集群網(wǎng)絡研究的視角對相關文獻進行綜述,并針對研究中存在的問題進行評價。 在比較細致的文獻綜述工作基礎上,本文把以裝備制造業(yè)為代表的大企業(yè)集群納入了集群理論與實證的研究范疇,拓展了集群社會網(wǎng)絡的研究思路。論文從系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟學視角,基于產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)、技術共享與知識流動,構建起裝備制造業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡結構框架,定性、定量地闡釋集群網(wǎng)絡結構與要素結網(wǎng)的機理。研究過程中,本文把裝備制造業(yè)集群諸要素內(nèi)部的經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系和內(nèi)在產(chǎn)業(yè)關聯(lián)抽象為兩層網(wǎng)絡結構——產(chǎn)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡層和社會網(wǎng)絡層,以探究裝備制造業(yè)集群主體要素結網(wǎng)的深層次原因;在此基礎上,文章研究裝備制造業(yè)集群不同網(wǎng)絡層次的主體要素之間的鏈接模式;產(chǎn)業(yè)網(wǎng)絡層主體要素之間的鏈接模式主要有鏈條模式、齒輪模式和沙灘模式,社會網(wǎng)絡層主體要素之間的鏈接模式包含菱形創(chuàng)新協(xié)同模式利孵化器模式,并分別比較了各類鏈接模式的效率和適用情況。在裝備制造業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡結構研究的基礎上,本文基于國內(nèi)外對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢的研究成果,分別從裝備制造業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡鏈條對知識傳遞與擴散的作用,集群內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟要素之間基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的創(chuàng)新協(xié)同,以及創(chuàng)新發(fā)生與擴散的集群網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境因素等三方面,來研究裝備制造業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡的創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢。 沈陽是中國裝備制造業(yè)的重要集聚地。文章借助區(qū)位商法,定量分析沈陽市裝備業(yè)的集聚和發(fā)展狀況,進而深入分析沈陽裝備制造業(yè)集群網(wǎng)絡結構和集群要素的鏈接狀況。并針對沈陽市裝備制造業(yè)集群發(fā)展中存在的問題,提出相應的對策,為制定裝備制造產(chǎn)業(yè)和區(qū)域經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展政策提供一定理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The equipment manufacturing industry has always been the important foundation for our country to realize the economic takeoff and enhance the national defense strength. The northeast old industrial zone represented by Shenyang has made outstanding contribution to the development of the equipment manufacturing industry of the Republic in history. Based on the academic research at home and abroad, this paper defines the concept of industrial cluster strictly, and then tracks the research progress of industrial cluster at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the related literatures from the perspective of cluster network research, and evaluates the existing problems in the research. Based on the detailed literature review, this paper brings the large enterprise cluster, represented by the equipment manufacturing industry, into the category of cluster theory and empirical research, and extends the research ideas of cluster social network. From the perspective of system economics, based on industrial correlation, technology sharing and knowledge flow, this paper constructs the network structure framework of equipment manufacturing cluster, and explains the mechanism of cluster network structure and element networking qualitatively and quantitatively. In the course of the research, the paper abstracts the economic relation and the internal industry relation of the equipment manufacturing cluster into two layers of network structure-industrial network layer and social network layer. In order to explore the deep reasons of the main elements of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster, the paper studies the linking mode between the main elements of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster at different network levels. There are chain mode, gear mode and beach mode among the main elements of the industrial network layer, and the link mode between the main elements of the social network layer includes the rhombus innovation synergy model and the beneficial incubator model. The efficiency and applicability of each kind of link mode are compared respectively. On the basis of the research on the network structure of the equipment manufacturing cluster, based on the research results of the innovation advantage of the industrial cluster network at home and abroad, this paper respectively from the equipment manufacturing industry cluster network chain on the role of knowledge transfer and diffusion. This paper studies the innovation advantages of the equipment manufacturing cluster network from three aspects: the innovation synergy between the economic elements within the cluster and the cluster network environment factors of innovation occurrence and diffusion. Shenyang is the important gathering place of China's equipment manufacturing industry. With the aid of location quotient method, this paper analyzes quantitatively the agglomeration and development of equipment industry in Shenyang, and then analyzes the network structure of Shenyang equipment manufacturing industry cluster and the link status of cluster elements. Aiming at the problems existing in the development of equipment manufacturing cluster in Shenyang, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to provide some theoretical basis for formulating the development policy of equipment manufacturing industry and regional economy.
