【摘要】：大力振興裝備制造業(yè)是黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院提出的增強(qiáng)綜合國(guó)力的戰(zhàn)略任務(wù)。大連市已經(jīng)確定并實(shí)施了加快建設(shè)臨港裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)、臨海裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)和造船產(chǎn)業(yè)帶(簡(jiǎn)稱“兩區(qū)一帶”)三項(xiàng)舉措,充分發(fā)揮臨港臨海優(yōu)勢(shì),打造臨港臨海先進(jìn)裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)。 大連既是我國(guó)重要的航運(yùn)樞紐和貿(mào)易口岸,又是我國(guó)重要的工業(yè)城市,裝備制造業(yè)基礎(chǔ)雄厚。裝備制造業(yè)在全市經(jīng)濟(jì)中占有舉足輕重的地位,大連擁有眾多的裝備制造業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)行業(yè)和企業(yè),尤其在船舶、船用柴油機(jī)、大型起重設(shè)備、制冷設(shè)備、內(nèi)燃機(jī)車、汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、數(shù)控機(jī)床、軸承等產(chǎn)品制造領(lǐng)域位居全國(guó)前列。 產(chǎn)業(yè)集群作為研究區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題的新視角,因其具有的成本優(yōu)勢(shì)、創(chuàng)新優(yōu)勢(shì)、市場(chǎng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和擴(kuò)張優(yōu)勢(shì),而在國(guó)際上越來越得到公認(rèn),各國(guó)政府都把產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策作為經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的重點(diǎn)考慮范疇。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群已被列為經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下全球化與地方化的最佳結(jié)合點(diǎn),成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、生命力之所在。 本文首先是理論綜述,描述了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)協(xié)同理論,分析了大連裝備制造業(yè)以及產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并采用區(qū)位商法,通過企業(yè)單位數(shù)、工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值等幾個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)大連裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)的集群集中度進(jìn)行了測(cè)度；然后研究了大連裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)中小企業(yè)的配套協(xié)作的典型模式,并總結(jié)出了大連裝備制造業(yè)中小企業(yè)現(xiàn)在所適合的模式；最后,指出了大連裝備制造業(yè)集聚區(qū)中小企業(yè)配套協(xié)作的現(xiàn)狀以及其中存在的一些問題,并針對(duì)這些存在的問題,提出了促進(jìn)大連裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:Vigorously revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry is a strategic task put forward by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to enhance the overall national strength. Dalian has identified and implemented three measures to speed up the construction of the equipment manufacturing agglomeration area near the port, the offshore equipment manufacturing agglomeration area and the shipbuilding industry belt (referred to as "the two districts") to give full play to the advantages of the port and sea front. To build a port near the sea advanced equipment manufacturing agglomeration area. Dalian is not only an important shipping hub and trade port, but also an important industrial city in China. The equipment manufacturing industry plays an important role in the economy of the whole city. Dalian has many superior industries and enterprises in the equipment manufacturing industry, especially in ships, marine diesel engines, large lifting equipment, refrigeration equipment, diesel locomotives and automobile engines. CNC machine tools, bearings and other products in the field of manufacturing ranked first in the country. As a new angle of view to study the development of regional economy, industrial cluster is more and more recognized in the world because of its cost advantage, innovation advantage, market advantage and expansion advantage. Governments all over the world regard industrial cluster policy as the key consideration of economic policy. Industrial cluster has been listed as the best combination of globalization and localization under the background of economic globalization, and it has become the competitiveness and vitality of regional economy. This paper first is a theoretical review, describes the industrial cluster theory and industrial synergy theory, analyzes the development of Dalian equipment manufacturing industry and industrial clusters, and adopts the location quotient law, through the number of enterprises. The paper measures the cluster concentration degree of Dalian equipment manufacturing agglomeration area, and then studies the typical mode of supporting cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dalian equipment manufacturing agglomeration area. Finally, the paper points out the status quo of supporting cooperation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Dalian equipment manufacturing agglomeration area and some existing problems, and aims at these problems. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of Dalian equipment manufacturing industry are put forward.
