【摘要】：《中華人民共和國(guó)海商法》是具有前瞻性和先進(jìn)性的法律,推動(dòng)了中國(guó)航運(yùn)和貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。在當(dāng)前時(shí)代背景下,也出現(xiàn)了一定的不適應(yīng)性。推進(jìn)海商海事法律理論研究與立法實(shí)踐,是發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì),推進(jìn)海運(yùn)強(qiáng)國(guó)、海洋強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略的必然要求。
[Abstract]:The Maritime Law of the people's Republic of China is a forward-looking and advanced law that promotes the development of China's shipping and trade. In the present era background, also appeared certain inadaptability.
