【摘要】：文章回顧與小結了邱本教授求學、教學經(jīng)歷,法學研究的豐碩成果。文章特別提到了經(jīng)濟法學是在傳統(tǒng)法學學科——民商法和行政法的夾縫中擠出來的。邱教授研究領域跨度大,但形散神不散,形成了一套法學研究規(guī)則和宗旨:"究天人之際,通古今之變,博中外之長,集眾家之言,為天地立心,為生民立命,為裁判定規(guī)則,為萬世開太平。"邱教授的學術創(chuàng)新顯見于"形而中","看不清的手"。邱教授的學術體會是基于"學而不思則罔,思而不學則殆"的圣哲彝訓,提出了學者的基本本領就是"讀"、"思"、"寫"、"說"�？偫ㄇ窠淌谇髮W、教學、科研的經(jīng)歷就是:其道一以貫之,叩其兩端而竭焉,允執(zhí)其中。從而成為一代大師并見獻豐碩成果于世。
[Abstract]:The article reviews and summarizes Professor Qiu Ben's study, teaching experience and fruitful achievements in legal research. The article especially mentions that economic law is squeezed out in the gap between civil and commercial law and administrative law. Professor Qiu's research field span is large, but the form of scattered spirit is not scattered, formed a set of law research rules and purposes: "when the study of heaven and human beings, the change of ancient and modern, the Chinese and the foreign, gathering the words of the world, for the people, for the life of the people, for the rules of the judge," Peace for all. " Professor Qiu's academic innovation is evident in "form but in the middle", "the hand that cannot see clearly". Professor Qiu's academic experience is based on the saint-philosophy of "learning without thinking, thinking without learning," and points out that the basic skills of scholars are "reading", "thinking", "writing" and "saying". Professor Qiu's experience of studying, teaching and scientific research is that he persevered in both ends and promised to do so. So as to become a generation of masters and see fruitful results in the world.
