【摘要】：民國(guó)時(shí)期,留美生撰寫了20多篇有關(guān)中國(guó)法律問題研究的博士論文,涉及與中國(guó)相關(guān)的國(guó)際法問題、民商法問題、中國(guó)憲法問題等。其中,相當(dāng)一批論文在海外公開出版或發(fā)表,有的多次再版;一些論文被海外學(xué)術(shù)界同行所引用或評(píng)論,充分肯定了其選題價(jià)值、文獻(xiàn)價(jià)值和研究?jī)?nèi)容的學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn),彰顯了留美法學(xué)學(xué)人通過中國(guó)法律問題研究與西方學(xué)術(shù)界平等對(duì)話的努力與成效,及中國(guó)法學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)的進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:During the Republic of China, students in the United States wrote more than 20 doctoral theses on Chinese legal issues, covering issues related to China's international law, civil and commercial law, China's constitution, and so on. Quite a number of papers have been published or published overseas, and some have been republished many times; some papers have been cited or commented by their counterparts in overseas academic circles, fully affirming the value of their selected topics, the value of literature and the academic contributions of their research contents. It demonstrates the efforts and effects of the scholars in the United States on the equal dialogue with the western academic circles through the study of Chinese legal issues, as well as the progress of the Chinese legal science.
