【摘要】：民商法教學(xué)是一種實(shí)踐教學(xué)法。情境教學(xué)法是為實(shí)現(xiàn)民商法教學(xué)效果優(yōu)化的一種有效途徑。論文主要針對民商法教學(xué)中情境創(chuàng)設(shè)理念與超越的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,基于民商法教學(xué)理論的基本含義,分別從教學(xué)的導(dǎo)言創(chuàng)意,教學(xué)內(nèi)容的改良革新,教學(xué)方法的推陳出新,教學(xué)目標(biāo)的實(shí)事求是、教學(xué)藝術(shù)的創(chuàng)設(shè)超越等方面對民商法教學(xué)中情境創(chuàng)設(shè)理念的塑造與超越進(jìn)行了探討與研究。
