【摘要】：企業(yè)要在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中常勝不衰，企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)者必須知法、守法，并會(huì)依法維護(hù)企業(yè)的合法權(quán)益。因此，法律教育應(yīng)是ＭＢＡ教育中不可缺少的一項(xiàng)內(nèi)容。作者認(rèn)為，，在ＭＢＡ法學(xué)課程的選擇上，應(yīng)以商法為主；在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的安排上，應(yīng)側(cè)重于法律的實(shí)際應(yīng)用，結(jié)合學(xué)生實(shí)際工作需要選擇教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和討論案例。
[Abstract]:In order for the enterprise to win the market competition forever, the enterprise manager must know the law, abide by the law, and will protect the legitimate rights and interests of the enterprise according to law. Therefore, the legal education should be an indispensable content in the MBA education. In the selection of MBA law course, commercial law should be the main part, and in the arrangement of teaching content, emphasis should be placed on the practical application of the law, and the teaching emphasis and discussion case should be selected in combination with the students' practical work needs.
