【摘要】：本項目計劃書嚴格按照完整、科學的商業(yè)計劃書結構體系和撰寫流程,結合服務營銷與創(chuàng)新、營銷管理、品牌管理、項目管理、人力資源管理、戰(zhàn)略薪酬、商法和電子商務等課程的知識體系而制定。在經過對JOYPARK公司的網絡游戲項目調研、分析有關資料的基礎上,通過向投資商展示公司及項目的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、項目管理、管理層結構、市場計劃、人力資源規(guī)劃、財務預測、團隊建設、風險預估等,全方位地分析公司融資策略、發(fā)展路徑并確立和指導創(chuàng)業(yè)者在創(chuàng)業(yè)期間的行為方向。 JOYPARK科技有限公司是一家處于初創(chuàng)期的網絡游戲研發(fā)與運營類公司,公司目前的主要經營項目是研發(fā)并運營一款名為《遠古幻想online》的大型網絡游戲,該游戲目前已經進入研發(fā)后期,目前正在對外尋求資金的注入來實現公司的資金需求并激活公司的進一步發(fā)展,尋求資金的目的主要是用于該網絡游戲的后期研發(fā)品質的提升和市場推廣與運營建設,同時也期望通過引進戰(zhàn)略投資者,來彌補公司管理能力和產業(yè)整體運作的不足。從產業(yè)發(fā)展的角度來看,游戲行業(yè)正逐漸形成完整的項目資金產業(yè)鏈模式,隨著國內創(chuàng)業(yè)板的面市和美國納斯達克的中國網絡股的繁榮刺激,游戲產業(yè)的項目投資日漸成熟,出現了不少類似盛大18,贏在巨人等基金型的產業(yè)投融資。目前的資金環(huán)境對創(chuàng)業(yè)型的游戲公司來說,一方面機會眾多,另一方面競爭激烈,目前中小型游戲企業(yè)和從業(yè)人數眾多,發(fā)展良莠不齊,從業(yè)人士素質差異巨大,缺乏行業(yè)標準和規(guī)范,但好的項目仍因可能持有廣大的市場前景和盈利空間而被關注。通過MBA的學習,在項目計劃書中完整、專業(yè)、簡明扼要的描述JOYPARK團隊在研發(fā)、運營方面的具備的專業(yè)能力、管理能力和成長潛力,打造誠信、專業(yè)、敬業(yè)的公司形象,吸引投資商的關注,計劃書從公司內部自身的實際情況為出發(fā)點,對比外部動態(tài)環(huán)境,自我診斷并推動公司的管理品質、運作能力的關鍵提升! 撰寫該項目計劃書既是對MBA教育中兩年多學習成果的總結和實踐,在實際中也幫助推進JOYPARK公司的融資發(fā)展。今年八月份,該項目及所在公司獲得了成都市大學生創(chuàng)業(yè)園的入園資格,同時也和一些戰(zhàn)略投資商和風險投資商有了初步接觸和談判。從投資者的角度來看,項目計劃書是投資者用于決策和判斷是否值得投資的參考資料,通過此過程熟悉戰(zhàn)略投資理念、投資流程、項目評估、利潤預測、風險防范及常見合作模式,并以此期望擴展自身的職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展。
