【摘要】：當(dāng)前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制已在我國(guó)全面確立,但相關(guān)的立法還很不完善。今后,我國(guó)應(yīng)從立法形式、管理模式、實(shí)施方式與范圍等方面加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制的立法建設(shè),應(yīng)明確網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制的實(shí)施主體,明確違反網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制的責(zé)任追究機(jī)制,健全網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)名制的配套機(jī)制,加大對(duì)個(gè)人信息權(quán)利的保護(hù),從而完善網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息服務(wù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全保護(hù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)社會(huì)管理等方面的法律法規(guī),依法規(guī)范網(wǎng)絡(luò)行為。
[Abstract]:At present, the network real-name system has been fully established in China, but the relevant legislation is not perfect. In the future, our country should strengthen the legislative construction of the network real name system from the aspects of legislative form, management mode, implementation mode and scope, and should make clear the main body of the network real name system and the responsibility investigation mechanism of violating the network real name system. We should perfect the supporting mechanism of network real name system, increase the protection of personal information right, and perfect the laws and regulations of network information service, network security protection, network social management and so on, and standardize the network behavior according to law.
