試論微信公眾號(hào)著作權(quán)保護(hù)與管理

【摘要】:微信公眾號(hào)是移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的現(xiàn)象級(jí)產(chǎn)品,隨著其市場(chǎng)進(jìn)一步拓展,大量的著作權(quán)問題浮出水面。本文試在分析微信公眾號(hào)亂象的基礎(chǔ)上,從加強(qiáng)版權(quán)說明、優(yōu)化原創(chuàng)功能、完善侵權(quán)訴訟、尋求政府扶持、聯(lián)合民間組織五個(gè)方面,建立以騰訊公司為中心的保護(hù)與管理新秩序。
[Abstract]:WeChat Public number is a phenomenal product in the era of mobile Internet. With the further development of its market, a large number of copyright problems have surfaced. On the basis of analyzing the misinformation of WeChat's public number, this paper tries to strengthen copyright explanation, optimize original function, perfect tort lawsuit, seek government support, and unite civil organizations. The establishment of Tencent as the center of the protection and management of the new order.
