【摘要】："之母"的涵義本身是一個(gè)隱喻。"母"的各種語義構(gòu)成了意義彼此關(guān)聯(lián)的系統(tǒng),由此"母"一詞構(gòu)成了一個(gè)關(guān)于對(duì)象間關(guān)系的綜合意象,一詞多義現(xiàn)象與隱喻作為人類的認(rèn)知機(jī)制相關(guān)。要確定"之母"的準(zhǔn)確涵義,需要將其放在"民法乃萬法之母"整個(gè)句子的語境中進(jìn)行,才能弄清楚整個(gè)句子指派給這個(gè)詞的意義。在知識(shí)論層面上、在邏輯層面上,該句子表述的觀點(diǎn)是不成立的。但在價(jià)值論層面上,該句子能夠成立,就此而言,"民法"一詞本身也是一個(gè)隱喻。
[Abstract]:The meaning of "Mother" is itself a metaphor. " The various semantics of Mother form a system of interrelated meanings, and thus the word "Mother" constitutes a comprehensive image of the relationship between objects. The polysemy of the word is related to metaphor as a cognitive mechanism of human beings. In order to determine the exact meaning of "mother", it is necessary to put it in the context of the whole sentence of "civil law is the mother of all laws" in order to understand the meaning of the word assigned to the whole sentence. At the level of knowledge theory and logic, the viewpoint expressed by this sentence is not valid. But at the value level, the sentence can hold, in this sense, the word "civil law" itself is also a metaphor.
