【摘要】：隨著"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"的快速發(fā)展,舞蹈視頻資源融合與共享成為一種趨勢(shì),一種必然。但是在舞蹈視頻資源的網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播過(guò)程中,還存在著諸多侵權(quán)行為。本文基于《中華人民共和國(guó)著作權(quán)法》和《信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)保護(hù)條例》對(duì)侵犯舞蹈視頻作品的侵權(quán)行為進(jìn)行了歸類,在此基礎(chǔ)上探討保護(hù)舞蹈視頻作品信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)的一些解決辦法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet, dance video resources fusion and sharing become a trend and a necessity. However, there are still a lot of tortious acts in the process of dancing video resources spreading on the network. Based on the copyright Law of the people's Republic of China and the regulations on the Protection of the right of Information dissemination, this paper classifies the infringement of dance video works. On this basis, this paper discusses some solutions to the protection of the right to network communication of dance video works.
