【摘要】：本文將從山東疫苗案說(shuō)起,結(jié)合大規(guī)模侵權(quán)的相關(guān)案例,從中歸納出大規(guī)模侵權(quán)的概念及基本特征,并針對(duì)其特征制定事前、事中、事后全方位的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:This article, from the Shandong vaccine case, combined with the cases of large-scale tort, summed up the concept and basic characteristics of large-scale tort, and formulated the measures in advance, in the event and in all directions.
