【摘要】：正2012年,中國大百科全書出版社有限公司訴蘋果公司侵權(quán)案塵埃落定:蘋果公司侵犯了大百科全書公司對《中國大百科全書·中國歷史卷(第一版)》享有的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán),須賠償52萬元人民幣。此后,中國作家維權(quán)聯(lián)盟,北京磨鐵數(shù)盟信息技術(shù)有限公司,作家麥家、于卓等也先后向法院提起訴訟,認為蘋果公司在未經(jīng)著作權(quán)人許可的情況下在App Store上提供
[Abstract]:In 2012, China Encyclopedia Press Co. Ltd. v. Apple Inc. Case of infringement settled: Apple Company infringed on the right of Information Network dissemination of the Chinese Encyclopedia China History Volume (first Edition) of the Great Encyclopedia of China. A compensation of 520000 yuan is required. Since then, the Chinese Writers' Rights League, Beijing Motie Digital Alliance Information Technology Co., Ltd., writers Mai Jia, Yu Zhuo and others have filed a lawsuit in court, claiming that Apple provided the App Store without the permission of the copyright owner.
