【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)原生數(shù)字資源館藏化建設(shè)已成為國(guó)內(nèi)外圖書(shū)館實(shí)踐的熱點(diǎn),著作權(quán)問(wèn)題是其健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。網(wǎng)絡(luò)原生數(shù)字資源館藏化建設(shè)將涉及著作權(quán)人的署名權(quán)、保護(hù)作品完整權(quán)、修改權(quán)、復(fù)制權(quán)、出租權(quán)、匯編權(quán)、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播權(quán)等。圖書(shū)館獲取網(wǎng)絡(luò)原生數(shù)字資源著作權(quán)授權(quán)存在困境,可通過(guò)圖書(shū)館制訂和實(shí)施著作權(quán)管理政策、積極探索和使用多種著作權(quán)授權(quán)模式以及完善國(guó)家立法3種對(duì)策規(guī)避網(wǎng)絡(luò)原生數(shù)字資源館藏化建設(shè)的著作權(quán)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of primary digital resources collection has become a hot spot in the practice of libraries at home and abroad, and the copyright issue is the key to its healthy development. The construction of the original digital resource collection will involve the copyright owner's right of authorship, the right to protect the integrity of the work, the right to modify, the right to copy, the right to rent, the right to compile, the right to disseminate information on the Internet, and so on. It is difficult for libraries to obtain copyright authorization of network primary digital resources, so they can formulate and implement copyright management policies through libraries. Actively explore and use a variety of copyright authorization models and improve national legislation to avoid the copyright risk of the construction of the original digital resources collection.
