【摘要】：知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略與京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略疊加,如何充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)審判職能作用,進(jìn)一步完善京津冀知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)案件管轄和審理制度,是"十三五"期間,京津冀法院在最高法院頂層設(shè)計(jì)下應(yīng)當(dāng)著力完成的改革任務(wù)之一。借鑒北京知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法院改革的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),有效構(gòu)建天津和河北知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)專(zhuān)業(yè)審判機(jī)構(gòu)和專(zhuān)業(yè)審判隊(duì)伍,以京津冀專(zhuān)業(yè)化審判機(jī)構(gòu)、專(zhuān)業(yè)化審判隊(duì)伍均衡發(fā)展,促進(jìn)司法保護(hù)水平協(xié)同提升,是充分發(fā)揮知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)司法保護(hù)的主導(dǎo)作用,保障京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的必由之路。
[Abstract]:It is during the 13th Five-Year Plan period that the strategy of intellectual property rights and the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei are superimposed. How to give full play to the function of intellectual property rights trial and further improve the jurisdiction and trial system of intellectual property cases in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei courts at the top of the Supreme Court design should focus on the completion of the reform Ren Wuzhi one.Drawing on the successful experience of the reform of the Beijing intellectual property Court, we can effectively build up the specialized judicial institutions and specialized adjudicators of intellectual property in Tianjin and Hebei, so as to achieve a balanced development of the specialized judicial institutions and specialized adjudicators in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.To promote the level of judicial protection in coordination is the only way to give full play to the leading role of judicial protection of intellectual property and to ensure the innovation and development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
