【摘要】：隨著我國產(chǎn)權(quán)制度以及市場配置資源機(jī)制的不斷完善,空間收益調(diào)控及其產(chǎn)權(quán)交易成為存量規(guī)劃實(shí)施的重要議題。通過借鑒經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的和息理論、租值理論,首先辨析了空間收益的產(chǎn)權(quán)基礎(chǔ),指出空間收益調(diào)控的空間租值消散實(shí)質(zhì);隨后對空間租值消散的形式、過程、特征展開論述;以此為基礎(chǔ),提出"精明空間租值消散"的存量規(guī)劃理念及其實(shí)施存在的挑戰(zhàn);最后,探討"精明空間租值消散"導(dǎo)向下的存量規(guī)劃應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:With China's property rights system and the market allocation mechanism of continuous improvement, space regulation and property rights trading income has become an important issue in the stock plan. With the reference of theory and information economics, rent value theory, firstly analyses the basic spatial property income, real income rent dissipation and pointed out that the spatial regulation of space; the space rent the dissipation of the form, process characteristics is discussed; on this basis, put forward the "stock planning smart space rent dissipation" and its implementation challenges; finally, explore the "smart space rent stock planning strategies." under the guidance.
