【摘要】：不平等保護(hù)產(chǎn)權(quán)不僅會(huì)造成經(jīng)濟(jì)危害,同時(shí)也會(huì)造成政治、文化和社會(huì)性危害。消除產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的歧視現(xiàn)象,單靠法律法規(guī)是不夠的,還必須進(jìn)一步挖掘并清理其產(chǎn)生的錯(cuò)誤思想根源。錯(cuò)誤思想源于兩個(gè)方面:一是對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段社會(huì)形態(tài)的定位不正確,中國(guó)正處于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段而不是高級(jí)階段,生產(chǎn)力水平還比較低,為了適應(yīng)這種生產(chǎn)力狀況,我們需要各種規(guī)模和不同性質(zhì)的所有制經(jīng)濟(jì)。只有把公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)與非公有制經(jīng)濟(jì)在政治上平等對(duì)待,才能鞏固產(chǎn)權(quán)平等思想,因?yàn)檎纹降炔庞蟹善降群彤a(chǎn)權(quán)平等。二是錯(cuò)誤地認(rèn)為中國(guó)現(xiàn)階段社會(huì)的主要矛盾是無(wú)產(chǎn)階級(jí)同資產(chǎn)階級(jí)的矛盾,但實(shí)際上是人民日益增長(zhǎng)的物質(zhì)文化需要同落后的社會(huì)生產(chǎn)之間的矛盾。執(zhí)政黨要團(tuán)結(jié)一切可以團(tuán)結(jié)的力量解決這一矛盾,這一矛盾的解決有助于夯實(shí)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。平等保護(hù)產(chǎn)權(quán)有助于對(duì)這一矛盾的解決,因而平等保護(hù)產(chǎn)權(quán)有助于夯實(shí)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。因此,不平等保護(hù)產(chǎn)權(quán)是錯(cuò)誤的、有害的。
[Abstract]:Unequal protection of property rights not only causes economic harm, but also causes political, cultural and social harm. It is not enough to eliminate discrimination in property rights protection by laws and regulations alone. It is also necessary to further explore and clean up the root causes of its erroneous thinking, which originates from two aspects: first, the incorrect positioning of the present social formation in China, which is in the primary stage of socialism rather than the advanced stage. The level of productive forces is still relatively low. In order to adapt to this kind of productive forces, we need ownership economies of all sizes and different natures. Only when we treat the public sector economy and the non-public sector economy politically equally, can we consolidate the idea of equal property rights. It is because of political equality that there is equality between law and property rights. Second, it is wrongly believed that the principal contradiction in Chinese society at the present stage is the contradiction between the proletariat and the bourgeoisie. In fact, however, it is the contradiction between the growing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production. The ruling party must unite all forces that can unite to resolve this contradiction. The solution of this contradiction is helpful to consolidate the leadership of the Party. Equal protection of property rights is helpful to solve this contradiction, so equal protection of property rights is helpful to consolidate the leadership of the Party. Therefore, unequal protection of property rights is wrong and harmful.
