【摘要】：隨著視頻網(wǎng)站正版化進(jìn)程的加速、維權(quán)意識的增強,新興的、非主流的彈幕視頻網(wǎng)站嗶哩嗶哩網(wǎng)侵權(quán)官司纏身,面臨著很大的生存困境。主流視頻網(wǎng)站從原來的侵權(quán)責(zé)任主體變成維權(quán)主體,嗶哩嗶哩網(wǎng)已經(jīng)無法靠避風(fēng)港原則僥幸脫身。在這語境下,放棄復(fù)制視頻網(wǎng)站初興時所走之路,堅持自己文化定位、挖掘客戶潛力,自主創(chuàng)新,建立有效的盈利模式,嗶哩嗶哩網(wǎng)才有可能在激烈的競爭中生存和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of legal version of video site, the awareness of rights protection, emerging, non-mainstream project-screen video site bilibili network tort lawsuit entangled.
