【摘要】：人權(quán)保障向來是法制建設(shè)的同行者,一個(gè)國(guó)家對(duì)于弱勢(shì)群體的人權(quán)保護(hù)程度最為直觀地彰顯著該國(guó)法制建設(shè)的成績(jī)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的文明程度。改革開放以來,我國(guó)將構(gòu)建法治社會(huì)、實(shí)行"依法治國(guó)"放在國(guó)家建設(shè)的重要戰(zhàn)略位置上,到目前為止,我國(guó)法制建設(shè)已取得了良好成效,舉世矚目。但是,隨著我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化等各方面的飛速發(fā)展,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的矛盾亦逐步凸顯,社會(huì)上產(chǎn)生了愈來愈多的弱勢(shì)群體,其合法權(quán)益在現(xiàn)行法律體系下尚不能充分實(shí)現(xiàn),亟待國(guó)家通過立法方式給予更加全面、深入的保障。本文對(duì)我國(guó)法治社會(huì)下弱勢(shì)群體的人權(quán)保障問題進(jìn)行深入、客觀、全面的研究,以期能夠提出切實(shí)可行的建議,為我國(guó)今后人權(quán)保障事業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)力量。
[Abstract]:Human rights protection has always been the peer of legal construction, a country for the vulnerable groups of human rights protection degree most intuitively reflects the achievements of the country's legal system construction and social development of civilization. Since the reform and opening up. China will build a society ruled by law and implement the "rule of law" in the important strategic position of national construction, so far, China's legal system has achieved good results, attracting worldwide attention. With the rapid development of social economy, politics, culture and other aspects of our country, the contradictions in the period of social transformation have gradually become prominent, and more and more vulnerable groups have emerged in the society. Its legal rights and interests in the current legal system can not be fully realized, it is urgent for the state to give more comprehensive and in-depth protection through legislation. Objective and comprehensive research, with a view to putting forward practical suggestions and contributing to the vigorous development of human rights protection in the future.
