【摘要】：本文以互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的消費者權利保護之反悔權的行使為對象,對反悔權的相關內容做一介紹,通過參考數(shù)據(jù)及統(tǒng)計調查等方法對反悔權行使中的問題與限制進行分析,并提出了相關建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the exercise of the right to sue for estoppel in the Internet, this paper introduces the related contents of the right to recall, analyzes the problems and limitations in the exercise of the right to recall through reference data and statistical investigation, and puts forward some related suggestions.

【正文快照】： 一、引言隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的高速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡購物變得十分普及。作為一種新型消費方式,網(wǎng)絡購物有著實體購物所無可比擬的優(yōu)點。首先,網(wǎng)絡購物節(jié)約了消費者往返于消費實體地點的時間,便利了生活。其次,其線上活動性,使人們的購物品類和地域范圍大大擴展,豐富了消費品種類和來源。
