　　近年來,中國法治現(xiàn)代化進程突飛猛進,對外法律文化交流日益增多。立法文本,也稱為規(guī)范性法律文書,是由國家立法機關正式頒布的各項法律法規(guī),對所有人具有普遍約束力,可見立法文本的翻譯在法律翻譯領域中占有非常重要的地位。作者在翻譯實踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),法律文本中邏輯連接詞的使用有其自身的特點,與其他文本有著很大的不同在文本翻譯中邏輯連接詞的翻譯對梳理句子的邏輯結構具有十分重要的意義。法律翻譯界以往的研究主要側(cè)重于對法律語言的特點、法律詞匯,以及法律句式的翻譯研究,對于邏輯連接詞的研究還需要進一步加強。本文以在中國法律法規(guī)漢英平行語料庫所搜索到的數(shù)據(jù)為研究對象對表示因果關系的邏輯連接詞翻譯進行了探索和研究。在胡壯麟“語篇的銜接與連貫”理論基礎上通過定性分析與定量分析的方法總結出立法文本中表示因果關系邏輯連接詞的翻譯方法,希望以此豐富該領域的研究。
