　　銜接是語(yǔ)篇分析領(lǐng)域中最基本的概念,也是語(yǔ)篇分析的重要課題。照應(yīng)是最常見的語(yǔ)法銜接手段。本文以立法語(yǔ)篇中的銜接為研究切入點(diǎn),選取了《中華人民共和國(guó)合同法》、《中華人民共和國(guó)票據(jù)法》和《美國(guó)統(tǒng)一商法典》中內(nèi)容相對(duì)應(yīng)的兩章法律條文作為研究語(yǔ)料,以韓禮德和哈桑的銜接理論為基礎(chǔ),采用定量分析和定性分析相結(jié)合的辦法,運(yùn)用對(duì)比分析系統(tǒng)比較了銜接鈕帶之一——照應(yīng)在中英立法文本中的異同,并提出了相應(yīng)的中英文對(duì)應(yīng)策略。本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)比普通語(yǔ)篇與立法語(yǔ)篇,兩者中的照應(yīng)有明顯的不同;若將對(duì)比范圍縮小至立法語(yǔ)篇,中英兩者中的照應(yīng)既有相似又有區(qū)別。首先,在人稱照應(yīng)方面,英語(yǔ)立法語(yǔ)篇的照應(yīng)詞選擇更為多樣化,漢語(yǔ)立法語(yǔ)篇的照應(yīng)詞則和日常語(yǔ)篇中的用詞有較大不同,典型的例子包括以“其”為主,以及用零指稱實(shí)現(xiàn)照應(yīng)。其次,在指示照應(yīng)方面,英語(yǔ)立法語(yǔ)篇中的this與漢語(yǔ)立法語(yǔ)篇中的“本”的使用幾乎對(duì)等,都用于修飾權(quán)威性的詞語(yǔ)。此外,在比較照應(yīng)方面,具體的比較在兩種語(yǔ)言的立法語(yǔ)篇中均較少使用,而一般比較在兩種立法文本更為常見,從次數(shù)來(lái)看在英語(yǔ)立法文本中出現(xiàn)得更為頻繁。在理論層面,本文對(duì)中英文照應(yīng)的使用特點(diǎn)及異同進(jìn)行分析,彌補(bǔ)了...
