【摘要】：正近期,有兩件重大事項將會對今后一段時間的地方立法工作產(chǎn)生積極影響:一是立法法實施14年后進入"檢修期",二是第二十次全國地方立法研討會在上海召開。當前,隨著經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展和全面深化改革的推進,立法工作中遇到一些新情況新問題,對加強和改進立法工作提出了新要求。所以,對立法法適時作出修改,勢在必行。據(jù)了解,修正案草案共28條,從發(fā)揮人大立法主導作用,健全立法起草、論證、審議等機制,提高立法質量,增加法律通過前評估制度,完善授權立法,賦予設區(qū)的
