以人為本的合作關系——在華部分跨國公司勞動關系淺談

【摘要】:21世紀的企業(yè)與員工之間的勞動關系需要新模式———以法律契約和心理契約作為調(diào)節(jié)員工與企業(yè)關系的雙重紐帶的合作伙伴關系:一方面用勞動法確定員工與企業(yè)雙方的權(quán)利、義務、利益關系;另一方面企業(yè)與員工應在共同愿景基礎上就核心價值觀達成共識,培養(yǎng)員工的職業(yè)道德,實現(xiàn)員工的自我發(fā)展與管理。
[Abstract]:The labor relationship between enterprises and employees in the 21st century needs a new model-a partnership with legal contract and psychological contract as the dual link to regulate the relationship between employees and enterprises: on the one hand, the labor law is used to determine the relationship between employees and enterprises. The rights of both parties to the enterprise, Obligation, interest relationship; On the other hand, enterprises and employees should reach a consensus on the core values on the basis of a common vision, cultivate their professional ethics, and realize their self-development and management.
