【摘要】：去年8月11日,勞動(dòng)部印發(fā)了《關(guān)于貫徹執(zhí)行〈中華人民共和國(guó)勞動(dòng)法〉若干問題的意見》。這是自《勞動(dòng)法》實(shí)施以來(lái),勞動(dòng)部就貫徹執(zhí)行《勞動(dòng)法》過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的若干問題,提出的最全面、最權(quán)威性的解釋,是貫徹執(zhí)行《勞動(dòng)法》的必備文件。本刊現(xiàn)予刊出,以供讀者借鑒。
[Abstract]:On August 11, last year, the Ministry of Labor issued opinions on the implementation of the Labor Law of the people's Republic of China. This is the most comprehensive and authoritative explanation put forward by the Ministry of Labor on some problems in the process of carrying out the Labor Law since the implementation of the Labor Law, which is the necessary document for the implementation of the Labor Law. The journal is now published for readers' reference.
