[Abstract]:An investigation on the system of Equal consultation and Collective contract in Electric Power Enterprises; in June 1996, the China Water Conservancy and Power Trade Union conducted a survey on the implementation of equal consultation and the signing of a collective contract system in Liaoning, Jilin, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, Anhui and other electric power network provincial bureau has carried on the investigation. First, the basic situation since the promulgation of the Labor Law in January 1995, the electric power system has nearly 3. 5%.
