【摘要】：正 為落實(shí)中共中央宣傳部、中華全國(guó)總工會(huì)、司法部《關(guān)于認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí)宣傳工會(huì)法的通知》,推動(dòng)《工會(huì)法》學(xué)術(shù)研究和提高《工會(huì)法》的理論教學(xué)水平,中國(guó)工運(yùn)學(xué)院工會(huì)學(xué)系、勞動(dòng)法學(xué)系和科研處于1992年6月16日在本院舉辦了“《工會(huì)法》學(xué)術(shù)研討全”。全國(guó)人大法工委、勞動(dòng)部、全總法律部和宣教部,社科院法學(xué)所及人民大學(xué)、政法大學(xué)等單位的起草、研究《工會(huì)法》的專家、學(xué)者二十余人參加了會(huì)議。正在中國(guó)工運(yùn)學(xué)院學(xué)習(xí)的“《工會(huì)法》師資班”的全體學(xué)員也出席了會(huì)議。研討會(huì)以堅(jiān)持四項(xiàng)基本原則和貫徹“雙百”方針為指導(dǎo),在平等、民主的基礎(chǔ)上,充分
[Abstract]:In order to implement the notice of the CPC Central Committee propaganda Department, the All-China Federation of Trade unions, and the Ministry of Justice on conscientiously studying and publicizing the Trade Union Law, we are promoting the academic research of the Trade Union Law and improving the level of theoretical teaching of the Trade Union Law. On June 16, 1992, the Trade Union Department, Department of Labor Law and the Research Institute of the China Institute of Trade and Industry organized the "Trade Union Law" academic Seminar. Experts and scholars from the NPC's legal work Committee, the Ministry of Labor, the Law Department of the National people's Congress, the Law Department of the National people's Congress, the Institute of Law of the Academy of Social Sciences, the Renmin University, and the University of political Science and Law attended the meeting. All the students of the "Trade Union Law" class, which are studying in the China Institute of Trade and Industry, also attended the meeting.
