【摘要】：轉(zhuǎn)型期中國(guó)社會(huì)與政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化體制等諸多方面都面臨著利益關(guān)系的調(diào)整,社會(huì)矛盾日益增加,社會(huì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)逐漸增大�，F(xiàn)階段中國(guó)社會(huì)管理的主要目的是維護(hù)社會(huì)秩序,確保社會(huì)穩(wěn)定,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展�；诜晒δ芏�,社會(huì)法乃是社會(huì)管理法治化的一項(xiàng)重要法治資源,社會(huì)法體系的完善對(duì)于社會(huì)管理的法治化具有重要的工具性價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Chinese society, politics, economy, cultural system and many other aspects are facing the adjustment of interest relations in the period of transition, the social contradictions are increasing day by day, and the social risks are gradually increasing. At present, the main purpose of China's social management is to maintain social order, ensure social stability and promote the harmonious development of economy and society. Based on the function of law, social law is an important legal resource for the rule of law of social management, and the perfection of the system of social law has important instrumental value for the legalization of social management.
