【摘要】： 陳云在中央蘇區(qū)糾正“左”傾錯(cuò)誤的思想是毛澤東思想的重要組成部分，是中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨人寶貴的精神財(cái)富和革命果實(shí)，是馬克思主義中國(guó)化的產(chǎn)物。他求真務(wù)實(shí)，富有卓見(jiàn)。陳云的工作主要集中在糾正勞動(dòng)政策、經(jīng)濟(jì)斗爭(zhēng)、白區(qū)工作中的“左”傾錯(cuò)誤。他針對(duì)勞動(dòng)法中的“左”傾主義錯(cuò)誤，提出訂立勞動(dòng)合同時(shí)要考慮地區(qū)的特殊性、企業(yè)的特殊性、工人的特殊性、時(shí)間的特殊性。針對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)斗爭(zhēng)的“左”傾錯(cuò)誤，陳云提出黨與工會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)工人斗爭(zhēng)的重點(diǎn)在于說(shuō)服群眾、斗爭(zhēng)的基礎(chǔ)在于依靠群眾、斗爭(zhēng)的方式在于發(fā)動(dòng)群眾、斗爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)術(shù)在于組織群眾、斗爭(zhēng)的保證在于領(lǐng)導(dǎo)群眾。針對(duì)白區(qū)工作中的“左”傾錯(cuò)誤，提出開(kāi)展白區(qū)工作加強(qiáng)輿論宣傳是重要手段、開(kāi)展群眾斗爭(zhēng)是重要步驟、加快干部培養(yǎng)是關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)、加強(qiáng)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是重要保證、注意秘密工作是重要前提。提出轉(zhuǎn)變游擊區(qū)域的斗爭(zhēng)方式，協(xié)作主力紅軍戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移的準(zhǔn)備工作等。陳云在中央蘇區(qū)黨內(nèi)“左”傾思想十分濃重的氛圍中，凸顯青年革命家敢于批“左”糾“左”的理論勇氣和唯實(shí)務(wù)實(shí)的革命風(fēng)格，不失為我們當(dāng)今加強(qiáng)執(zhí)政黨的建設(shè)、提高黨的執(zhí)政能力的寶貴思想資源，，于今依然有重要的啟迪、指導(dǎo)意義。
