【摘要】：商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)公司與保險(xiǎn)代理人之間是否存在勞動(dòng)關(guān)系,雙方應(yīng)否簽訂勞動(dòng)合同,一直是爭(zhēng)議的焦點(diǎn)。本文從一件案例入手探討這一問(wèn)題,并提出政府部門(mén)在辦理此類(lèi)勞動(dòng)爭(zhēng)議時(shí)應(yīng)當(dāng)注意的事項(xiàng)。
[Abstract]:Whether there is a labor relationship between a commercial insurance company and an insurance agent, and whether the two sides should sign a labor contract, has always been the focus of controversy.This paper discusses this problem from a case, and puts forward the matters that should be paid attention to when dealing with this kind of labor dispute.
